LMUD MANAGEMENT ABUSES CONTINUE TO COST THE RATEPAYERS
The LMUD Board settled with Steve Trevino for $510,000
The court ruled that Frank Cady's "behavior was so outside the bounds of civilized behavior as to be outrageous"
NO WORDS BETTER DESCRIBED FRANK CADY
Fred Nagel and Wayne Langston are the two remaining LMUD Board Members that ran the costs up at LMUD and wasted hundreds of thousands of dollars causing rates to escalate. Nancy Cardenas, George Sargent and Darrell Woods had the decency to resign.
Langston continued to support Frank Cady's obscene policies right up to and after Cady's termination.
Nagel and Langston continued to support phony energy projects even after Cady was fired
The new Board members Dow, Bowden and Vial have curtailed Nagel's and Langston's expensive vacation meetings.....that's a start

FRANK CADY BEING SUED FOR CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION
How many times will the LMUD Board of Directors allow Cady to violate his LMUD contract?
Frank Cady, General Manager of LMUD and also the former Manager of the Susanville Diamond Mountain Golf Course, is being sued by Steve and Amy Trevino for Federal Civil Rights violations.
On March 10, 2007, Cady, acting as the General Manager of Diamond Mountain Golf Course in Susanville, fired Steve Trevino, an LMUD employee, for insubordination while Trevino was playing golf at the Susanville golf course. The termination had nothing to do with Trevino, the LMUD employee?
NOTE: The City of Susanville paid off Cady's $1.4 million dollar loan with Plumas Bank. Cady was allowed to use the City's Golf Course as collateral to obtain the million dollar loan so he could manage a Golf Course while he was a fulltime employee of LMUD. Cady signed a suspect contract with the City of Susanville (Kathleen Lazard, City Attorney approved this "Sweetheart" contract) which didn't require him to pay the City any fees for seven years.
