Frank Cady's expense reports were rarely approved by any Board member and often he would approve his own expenses
Frank Cady hid Board expenses and consultant expenses in his LMUD credit card. These amounts were never included in his monthly expense report nor were they reported by Nancy Cardenas, George Sargent, Wayne Langston, Fred Nagel and the worst offender was Darrell Wood.
Frank Cady was able to hide approximately $100,000 a year from the public. Extravagant and unnecessary travel, food and hotels for him and the LMUD Board
Bill Stewart and Kerri Richards knew about this and did nothing

Cady has a LMUD vehicle, $400 a month auto allowance, plus mileage
