Public Boards that restrict public input generally are hiding wrong doing. Public Boards that deny public records are generally hiding wrong doing.

Two members of the Grand Jury sat in on the January 7, 2004 LMUD meeting. This is what they witnessed:

1. LMUD was accused of publishing untrue statements in the  Ruralite Magazine

2. LMUD was accused of blaming a member of KWH of sending documents to a federal agency under LMUD's name

3. LMUD closes the public meetings to the public on the publics business.

4. Wayne Langston is chastized for his ability not to make good decisions... (Langstons recent arrest)

5. Wayne Langston attempts to bring up an unagendized topic at the end of the meeting. (Langston wanted to schedule a special meeting prior to the hearing on the writ filed against LMUD for failing to disclose public documents)

WHAT THE GRAND JURY MEMBERS DID NOT SEE AT THE JANUARY MEETING.....

LANGSTON DID NOT GAVEL ANYONE ! LANGSTON DID NOT THREATEN ANYONE.
