WAYNE LANGSTON HAS BEEN INVOLVED WITH SLEAZE FROM DAY ONE.
Wayne Langston has never been on an LMUD ballot and has never received one single vote.
Shutting the public out of the public's business is old news with LMUD Boards.
When they get into trouble, they prohibit discussion during business agenda items. LMUD can not afford for the public to ask questions.
The public is not allowed to comment on business items, but if they could, on 12/4/03 Keri Richards spoke about the uncollectible debt as if it was under control. She painted a rather rosey, cute picture of this growing mismanagement. She failed to include the fact that LMUD carries almost three quarters of a million dollars in bad debt. They have no plan at all and it most definitely is NOT UNDER CONTROL.
The public is not allowed to comment on business items, but if they could, on 12/4/03 Evelene Twitchell did not want to talk about the financials (the Controller was absent) A cursory review indicated that there were three major discrepancies in the financials submitted by Bill Stewart.
The public is not allowed to comment on business items, but they could, on 12/4/03 Chuck Lusky made a presentation for a manufacturer's product. The public would have commented on the effectiveness of this product.
