WAPA sends KWH the documents submitted by LMUD in regards to the transfer of customers to PSREC.

LMUD states their are no WAPA documents, in regards to the transfer of customers to PSREC.

The preliminary agreement, final agreement and a copy of the Herlong Schematic of Transmission Switching were included in the WAPA documents sent to KWH.
