SECOND REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE TRANSFER OF CUSTOMERS

An identical request was submitted, on October 20, 2003, for these documents. LMUD responded, on November 7, 2003,  that there were no documents. THEY FLAT LIED................. Now we have to ask WHY?

Is this Arrowrock all over?  Cady admitted to KWH that he billed for Arrowrock but then claimed, in court, that his "itemized" billings (in the first year of Arrowrock, 2001) did not include any specific billing for Arrowrock work.........
