On August 28,  2015, Kan We Help submitted "itemized corrections" to County Counsel, which Bob Burns admitted that he did not look at. Several changes Bob Burns made are not in compliance with current law and conflict with existing policies.

On September 8, 2015, Kan We Help submitted a thirteen (13) page "Revision" of the County's "Rules of Procedure" to the Lassen County Board of Supervisors and asked the Board to look at the Municipal Codes as well because they are presently in conflict with the RULES OF PROCEDURE AND THE POLICY AND REGULATIONS.
