LMUD Director Michael Deal Threatened

and resigns on January 23, 2001 and LMUD illegally places Fred Nagels son-in-law on LMUD Board

LMUD needed someone they could control and keep their mouth shut

Frank Cady and the LMUD Board were developing a smoke screen (Arrowrock)  for the $8.7 million dollars they lost and they needed the LMUD Board to stay quiet. Not all of them agreed to stay quiet.
