2/15/12: LMUD Loses
LMUD to pay Plaintiffs $130,000 plus attorney fees and costs
The Lassen Municipal Utility Board knowingly allowed these abuses to continue but chose to support their notoriously bad management. This cost the ratepayers $130,000 in damages and over $210,000 in legal fees plus LMUD will have to pay the three plaintiffs and former employees attorney fees and costs.
