BALLOT ERROR

Lassen County Clerk, Julie Bustamante, sent out bad ballots and didn't even know it.

Voters in the Standish-Litchfield Fire District received ballots with the Susan River Fire District candidates on it.

Bustamante stated that this only effected 29 voters. Iona McCain who lives in the Standish-Litchfield Fire District brought her Absentee Ballot to the Board of Supervisors meeting on October 16, 2012 and said that this effected more than 100 voters.

Jean Hodge who ran for District 1 Supervisor lost by 14 votes. 

Bustamante rejected the Recall Petition for Jack Hanson because there was an extra "e" in someones name.

Bustamante continues to be Partisan
