KRITZER INVESTIGATION

Kan We Help was given a copy of this 15 page report by SVEC Director George Jaska, on July 26, 2012. The Kritzer Report was discussed in an open meeting in detail.

SVEC waived any and all confidentiality on the Kritzer report once it was released and the details were discussed at an open meeting.

Amy Kritzer of Palo Cedro's "Kritzer Investigations" logged on to the Kan We Help website 67 times from June 26 to August 2, 2012.  According to Ms. Kritzer, her investigation ended on June 28, 2012.

Who is paying for Ms. Kritzer's time?

NOTE:The SVEC minutes state that certain members of Surprise Valley Electric requested the mailing list of the corporation. It is not known the reason for the request or if it was granted by the SVEC Board .  One reason could have been to mail the Kritzer Report to 3,000 SVEC members. The leaders of the group would have quickly found out how expensive it was to mail the Kritzer Report out to 3,000 SVEC members. This may explain the release of the Report to Kan We Help on July 26, 2012.
