LMUD took Leonard Gibsons $30,000 with just a cash
register receipt and made the rest sign contracts. LMUD claims that Mr Gibson
did not sign any document for his $30,000. Mr. Gibson along with the
other Willow Creek property owners were told they would get electricity. This
was a LMUD scam.

LMUD failed to purchase the "Reclamation Financial Assurance" ( no insurance) for the Hayden Hill transmission lines purchased on 12/17/07. Without any insurance Lassen County is liable for the removal of the transmission lines if LMUD fails to comply. LMUD will be sued by Lassen County for all damages.
