On September 12, 2015, PGE drained all of the water into Lake Almanor
PGE drained the lake dry over the week end. Walker Lake feeds into Lake Almanor
This once beautiful serene Lake is now just a stinky mud hole. The hundreds of fish that made it through the dam struggle to breath in the pond of water left below the dam.
