Lassen County Superior Court Judge Rules that Mountain Meadow Conservancy Must Pay "Legal Costs" for Public Records Request
Judge Sokol rules today that anyone requesting public records must pay for the cost of copying AND ANY "LEGAL" ASSISTANCE COSTS TO "Certify" the documents.Sokol extends this ruling to the cost of public documents requested in "discovery" also ?????????????
Of course this (ruling) will be appealed since this is in direct violation of the Public Records Act
