Twitchell left LMUD because of an assault. LMUD paid her for her silence. The assaults continued.

Evelene Twitchell, General Manager of LMUD determines that Public Records Requests are requested because the public wants to sue LMUD.

Evelene Twitchell has spent $149,000 in the past two years by not handling the public records requests, in house. 

Requests for checks to the LMUD Board should be routine, but when it is discovered that payments to Board members are hidden in legal billings...the public has a right to be greatly concerned about the honesty of the LMUD procedures

Did Evelene Twitchell ever think that the public has a right to request documents when the meetings are closed to the business of LMUD.

This woman  has been made PARANOID..... Is she suggesting closing the meeting to the public to save money...????

SOLUTION:   Comply with the Brown Act and open the meetings up again......otherwise...the distrust will remain.
