LMUD Board HAS LOST CONTROL OF LEGAL EXPENSES

The LMUD Board has no idea how to stop these skyrocketing costs. 

FRANK CADY CAN NOT CHARGE LMUD FOR "GENERAL MUNICIPAL LAW" WHEN THIS ACTIVITY IS COVERED BY HIS RETAINER. 

Cady began charging for "General Municipal Law" when he hired Richey. LMUD can control this cost, but has done nothing to stop this type of abuse. 

THESE LEGAL FEES HAVE NO BENEFIT TO LMUD RATEPAYERS, BUT FRANK CADY GETS TO KEEP "RE-INVENTING" HIMSELF .

 These legal expenses are redundant. The District is now paying many attorneys for doing the same work. The FERC work could be done by Frank Cady, if he knew how to do it.  The problem is that Frank Cady proceeds authorizing hundreds of thousands of dollars of legal work that has no benefit to the ratepayers.

Frank Cady is on a mission to self-promote himself. That's about all this is.   $25,000 membership fee

LMUD has refused to release Cady's "Time and Task" invoices since KWH filed a complaint of "breach of contract & overbilling"

LMUD AND CADY CONTINUE TO SPEND MONEY WITHOUT CONTRACTS
