RULE #1

1. For items not on this Agenda, and for "INFORMATION" items on this Agenda, comments shall be limited to 5 minutes per Speaker unless otherwise noted by the Chair. Langston is breaking his own rule. Speakers are allowed to speak on agenda items marked "INFORMATION".

LMUD meetings are governed by Roberts Rules of Order.

LMUD is not following the governing rules.

Point One:  The Chair can not retake the floor and make the speaker sit down.

Point Two:  The Speaker does not have to yield the floor until the speakers time has expired.

Point Three: The Chair cannot remove the Speaker until the speakers time has expired.

Point Four:  The Chair cannot make the Speaker sit down because the Chair interrupts. The Speaker is allowed the full amount of time allowed by the legislative body.

Point Five:  The Speaker that has the floor keeps the floor until the time allotted has expired.
