LMUD DISGUISES RATE INCREASE, (Agenda item 5C) POLICY ON NOVEMBER 22, 2005 AGENDA
If LMUD passes this "adjustable rate increase" policy, the ratepayers will never be able to object to any increases in the future.
LMUD will not be required to hold public hearings on future rate increases.
