LMUD indicates that there is a $100,000 separation agreement with Les Leiber. No separation agreement was voted on by the LMUD Board.

4. Two months of salary= 320 hours. This report shows that Leiber was paid only 261 hours from February 1-March 31. (59 hours short ?)

5. Les Leiber was issued three checks: Check 11395 on 2/9/05, 11530 on 2/23/05 and 11603 on 3/9/05 during this period.
