Wayne Langston charges LMUD ratepayers for sending e-mails . Langston says that he did "research".....well that doesn't qualify as an "event" for his $100.

Langston, on the economic level, is the only LMUD Board Member that doesn't have a job. He needs this $600 to feed his family.

So ratepayers can not complain about a mere unjustified $600.
