LMUD said there were no documents when previous requests were made for all documents connected with the transfer of customers from LMUD to PSREC
LMUD was the Lead Agency in the application to the California Public Utility Commission. LMUD created the Notice of Exemption and filed it with the CPUC on January 4, 2002.
