LISA GAST
Lisa Gast is 34 years old. She was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey October 14, 1970.
In 1992 she graduated from Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business Administration and graduated from Rutgers University School of law in 1997. Ms. Gast joined Duncan, Weinberg, Genzer & Pembroke, P.C. in May of 1997.
Lisa Gast concentrates primarily on FERC proceedings involving the restructuring of the California electricity market. She has been heavily involved in the numerous California ISO and California PX proceedings for California municipal clients.
FERC ER01-1639 is a dispute between PG&E and Western Area Power Administration over PG&E's rate schedule.
The LMUD Board approved Lisa Gast to be co-counsel with Frank Cady. FERC ER01-1639 is a very well represented issue.
There is absolutely nothing Frank Cady can bring to the table. He out-sources all of this redundant legal work.
