Louie Templeton was the LMUD President on January 1, 2002
The Agreement states that the Agreement was entered into on January 1, 2002. Louie Templeton did not sign this Agreement. Two PSREC members signed the Agreement later, on May 8, 2002, after the Recall of Louie Templeton in March 2002.
Frank Cady did not do Due Diligence in the execution of this Agreement. Required documents were never filed. Documents are missing, in relation to this Agreement. link
