Jaimee Richey used a "postage meter" to falsify the date she mailed the public records. The documents were received on 8/11/05, one day after informing LMUD that they did not comply with the law. This was a "Zenith".
She violated the Federal statutes in the "Domestic Mail Manual". This is a Federal offense.
Richey could have just sent the documents late......this was just stupid on stupid.
