Frank Cady added Agenda item 7(3), for ego and to be rude
The LMUD Board invited a Colorado firm to find a new General Manager and Frank Cady adds, at the last minute, the appointment of a General Manager.
Nancy Cardenas is told that a Brown Act violation will be filed if they intend to have a closed session on Agenda item 7(2). She asked Frank if we needed to have this and Frank responded, "It is a 60 second item". Cady has such contempt for the Brown Act that now he just is contemptible.
