LMUD's Extortion Settlement

Frank Cady's BKC business partner, Judge Bradbury, interferes with the LMUD cases and signs the extortion settlement. Judge Darlington is the Judge of Record but allows the Presiding Judge, Bradbury, to take over.

You have to wonder what the price was?

Bradbury waited until the Spencer v Forbes/Zenith case had concluded before he signed these documents. His secretary attended the trial every day.

Check out number 3 below. This is what provoked David Jenne to file this lawsuit. The Abstract of Judgment referred to is the LMUD "Abstract" against  KWH/Spencer (36791) to collect monies. David Jenne's Title Insurance paid $7,500 to LMUD even though the documents lead you to believe that Jenne won.

The really interesting part of this "back room" deal is that later both parties vacated the judgment? How much did LMUD actually extort from Cal Sierra Title?
