The board may appoint an accountant, a secretary, a treasurer, and an attorney, who shall hold office during the pleasure of the board.

NOTE: 

LMUD's attorney was hired as an independent contractor and is not an officer nor an employee of the district.

LMUD appoints the President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer each year from the Board of Directors.
