The LMUD Board intentionally did not vote to approve MOU.
The April 25, 2001 LMUD meeting was a well planned effort. Board President, Louie Templeton, passed the gavel to Darrell Wood.
Darrell Wood, acting as President, made a motion to approve the MOU for the Arrowrock project and this motion was seconded by Louie Templeton. This action became moot because the President can not make a motion while he is in the Chair.
NO VOTE WAS TAKEN, NO VOTE WAS NEEDED.
This issue came up again in August 8, 2001. The Board discussed approving funds, but never voted on the issue. Agenda Item 8 d LINK
Keri Richards purjured herself by making a statement years later, that a vote was taken. The public that attended this meeting have stated that no vote was taken.
